How we’re paid, in plain English.

An honest explanation of affiliate links, commission and the line between commercial and editorial work.

The short version

Some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you visit an operator through one of those links and become a customer, the operator may pay us a commission. That's how the site is paid for. It doesn't change the price, odds, bonus or terms you see on the operator's side.

What affiliate links don't do

  • They do not make us a bookmaker. TopBetsQueen does not run a betting service.
  • They do not move money. Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses are entirely handled by the operator.
  • They do not buy a higher editorial score. Operators have no say in how a review is written.
  • They do not change the offer, market or odds shown to you on the operator's website.

Who is responsible for what

Listed operators are responsible for their own products: account opening, identity checks, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, market availability, odds, settlement of bets and customer support. TopBetsQueen is responsible for the editorial comparison content on this site and nothing else.

If you have an account-related issue, please contact your operator's customer support. If you have an editorial concern — for example, something on this site is out of date or inaccurate — please write to us at editorial@topbetsqueen.com.

How we keep commercial and editorial separate

Editorial scoring follows the criteria documented on our Editorial Review Policy page. Commercial relationships do not change those criteria. We can and do publish less favourable notes on operators where it's warranted, including operators we have an affiliate arrangement with.

Always check operator terms

Promotions, odds and account rules change frequently. The operator's own terms are the only authoritative source. Read them before you register, deposit or place a bet.
